Waddle is dealing with an injury and is now the WR2 on an offense that is unknown. Brown is talented, but target share is a concern in a run-first offense. The WR position is where this team could be caught short. Spiller is a tough one to judge, especially with Sony Michel’s addition clouding the Chargers’ backfield behind Ekeler. Pollard could be a Flex starter most weeks, and Cook could get there as well. Pairing Harris and Chubb is a strong start, while Pollard and Cook offer PPR upside in potential pass-catching roles. This team has a really solid foundation at RB.

He could also have standalone fantasy value alongside Kamara, but even if he doesn’t, the investment wasn’t that high. If Alvin Kamara does end up suspended, Ingram could have a major role. Ingram, as an RB5, is a dart throw at relevance. There are the upsides of Toney and Tolbert, while Meyers is a solid floor WR in PPR. Rounds 10 through 13 offer an intriguing mix of ceiling and floor. The Round 14 pick of the Denver Broncos defense against the Seattle Seahawks and Geno Smith is another solid piece. The run of Bateman, Stevenson, Gordon, and Wilson rounds out the potential Week 1 starting lineup options. It has a balanced start, addressing the starting WR, RB, and TE positions. Penny would then make a superb RB4, and Edwards would serve as a handcuff to Dobbins. Gallup and Moore would still be a solid 4-5 pairing at WR, but the third RB would have more confidence if it were Dobbins over Penny. Gus Edwards will start on the PUP and then might need an injury to Dobbins to be a surefire starter.Īfter starting with Kupp, Hill, and Thielen at WR, this team would potentially look better with Dobbins as the sixth-round pick instead of London. Penny’s role at RB is uncertain, while Gainwell is in a confusing committee in Philadelphia. Where there is a potential weakness on this roster is at RB. Stacking Murray and Ertz as the QB-TE pairing rounds out the base of the starting lineup nicely. Adding Thielen as a Flex in the fifth was a nice addition. That is a solid base of starting receivers and backs. This team started off really nicely with Kupp, Elliott, Hill, and Akers through the first four rounds. Arguably, a better use of that 12th-round selection would have been to take a QB, so it wasn’t Stafford and his elbow injury that ended up being the starter. There is so much upside in Kirk, Jones, Wilson, and Doubs that they are fascinating selections, but rostering seven WRs is somewhat excessive. Brown will have solid value as a starter through the first six weeks, and by then things might look different with the backup options. Samuel and Robinson is a nice 1-2 pairing. Yet, a couple of injuries could spark a rush to the waiver wire, especially without a fifth player being taken at the position. In PPR, a group of Taylor, Jacobs, Dobbins, and Hunt is really solid at the RB position. That’s not so much the case here, especially at RB and WR. Sometimes taking Kelce in the second round can mean teams are short elsewhere. This team took on a fantastic shape in the first few rounds. Claypool and Robinson are boom-or-bust prospects who add intriguing upside to the position. The positive element is that with the four receivers taken in Rounds 3-6, they should be filling out the Flex positions as well as the starting WR positions. Sanders should be a clear RB2, but he has injury concerns, while Carter’s share in the offense is uncertain alongside Breece Hall.

However, Hines and McKinnon need an injury ahead of them to give them significant value. A duo of Sanders and Carter alleviates those concerns. Starting with McCaffrey and then going with Andrews, followed by four receivers and a QB, left a lot of risk at the RB position. The team was built with an intriguing method through the first six rounds.
